Valid unexpired ID, social security cards for everyone on the return. Utility bill for proof of residence if filing HOH, w2, 1099 of any form received, child and dependent care info if occurred expenses and all other taxable income. Please bring prior year tax return for it may assist with your current 2021 tax return if needed.

Taxpayers who pay an individual to care for a qualifying person so they can work or look for work are eligible to claim a credit for such work-related expenses. The credit for child and dependent care expenses (dependent care credit) for 2021 is refundable credit that equals up to 50% of the taxpayer‘s eligible expenses.
Due to the third round of Economic Stimulus Payments, taxpayers are required to file a tax return to receive the $1,400 even if they did not make any earned income.
Letter 6419, is on its way to you this January. This letter is to notify all taxpayers
who have received an Advance Child Tax Credit Payment and the total amount.
Letter 6419 also discloses what was received each month and how to report the
payments on their 2021 tax return. Our office can help taxpayers receive this
letter if needed.
If you receive unemployment, it should be reported on your tax return each year. Due to the changes with the Cares Act and American Rescue Plan, the Biden Administration has allowed those taxpayers to receive a tax exclusion of $10,200. This income should always be reported.
